How to Play

• Buy lands in one of three cities: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, or Arizona
• Build properties on your lands to collect rent each turn
• Take loans to fund your expansion
• Race to buy an entire city before your opponents
• If no one buys a city in 45 turns, the wealthiest player wins
